| Vehicle relay, relay is not only a control switch, but also the controlled object (actuator). Take the high pressure oil pump relay as an example. This is the control switch of the high pressure oil pump, but the coil of the high pressure oil pump relay will only push the transistor off in the ECU, so that the ground point of the ECU can generate the control loop. The function of the relay is to operate the small current and the large current. At the same time, the overload protector, such as the speaker, the starter and the car lights, is easy to lead to the burning of the power switch due to the many currents required. If there is a relay, only a small amount of current through the control switch is not easy to cause the switch burn situation. When a certain voltage or current is added to both sides of the coil of electromagnetic induction relay, the magnetic flux generated by the coil is based on the equivalent circuit composed of magnetic density of iron core, yoke iron, armature and equivalent circuit. Under the action of magnetic field, the armature draws towards the pole surface of the iron core, thus promoting the normally closed point of the contact point to break and the self-locking circuit to close. When the two DC voltage or current of the coil is lower than a certain value and the axial force of the mechanical equipment exceeds the electromagnetic induction and adsorption force, the armature returns to its initial state, the self-locking circuit breaks off and the normally closed point is connected. In this way, the vehicle relay can be regarded as a combination of two main circuits that work through the coil related control loop and the contact point related work. In the control loop of the relay, there is only a relatively small working current. This is because the contact capacity of the control switch is relatively small, so it cannot be used to completely control the load with a large power consumption. It can only rely on the contact point of the relay to adjust its on-off. |
